    Description

We’ve partnered with a printing business for over 6 years now. They know us, we know them. It is a very strong partnership. Having recently increased headcount within their production department, we are now looking for a shift senior to join the business.

It is important that you understand what it is that your team do, so coming from a hands on role within a print or signage environment would be hugely beneficial to you and the team. You’ll enjoy operating on said tools (Zund, Colorado, hand finishing etc) but you’ll also enjoy being a Senior. An escalation point in the managers absence.

There’s a couple of things that are closely linked with finishing and it is no different in this role. You’ll be also working with dispatch so an appreciation or experience of stock control, logistics and knowledge of an MIS system will also come in pretty handy.

We need people that are going to fit in culturally too. The business is going places. Investments have been made in their equipment, workforce and systems internally. You’ll need to be driven and always looking for ways to improve to fit that culture. It’s pretty handy if you like to have fun too, the production floor is fairly lively.

The role is based in Cambridgeshire. The package is open to your experience and the start date is flexible around your notice period.
