We’ve found that over the years the best and most effective way is by picking up the phone and speaking to people. You build your network, your knowledge and a natural rapport with industry professionals. Do this and you might not get them on the first call but guess what, they’ll come to you when they are ready to make a move.
Everything we do, goes onto our CRM system. It’s easy to navigate, use and helps us massively. If you’ve got knowledge of using a CRM system then this will be a walk in the park for you.
Why would you want to work here? We’re not KPI crazy. The opposite in fact. You’ll want to do your job, not forced to do it. Once you are up and running, we let our consultants set their own KPI’s. You know what works well, how many jobs you’re sourcing for etc so it’s only right you target yourself.
Without blowing our own trumpet, we are a decent bunch of people. There’s a perfect amount of banter to work ratio. Dress down, late starts on a Monday, early finish every Friday. We do trips to reward the success of the team and the business. In the last year we have been to Amsterdam & Ibiza and the Christmas parties are pretty epic too.
You’ll need to enjoy working in a smaller business. One where you can recite how people take their brew, Friday breakfast sandwich etc. We like being a smaller team. It’s cliché but we do work well as a unit and are selective on those that come through our door.
What’s next? All good things start with a conversation. Nothing too heavy. So, if you’d like to know more, drop your details through on this advert and let’s talk.
