The client is one of the biggest and well-known brands globally. They are an important and well-regarded customer. They don’t want ‘yes people’ though, they want to be consulted, guided and managed properly. You’ve got to deliver what you set out. Expectations are high on this one.
So who are you working for?
They’ve had this account for 12 years. They’ve grown up together. You’ll be joining a business that deliver award winning, world renown visual communications. They’re not a printer (well they are, but much more than that now). Creative, Estimating, Production of Print (Visual Comms, 3D, Set design etc) Installation and after care.
90+ Staff, £12m revenue 5 different locations and soon to be outside of the UK too.
The best bit, they’re all lovely. Proper team mentality. Family owned which sets the culture and environment.
That’s all well and good, but what do they do?
They produce Visual Communications.
Think of walking down the high street and looking at the window displays and shop fronts. Think driving around the M25 and seeing the branding on the side of the Supermarket Lorry. Think about going to your football Stadium and everything you see that is printed is done by this client. Imagine buying your next car, all the flags on the forecourt, the signage on the shop floor.

So what do you need to be considered?
They’d love it if you already came with some knowledge of the printing industry. You’ll feel comfortable in pushing back on client’s requests if needed. If you don’t then you’d better be prepared to deliver what they’ve asked for! You don’t have to come from a print production background. Happy to look at those from a Branding / Creative agency too.
This business is going places. This role is for the ambitious. We want those to join with a view to doing this role but the ambition to grow with the business.
