    Firstly – are you an experience print production manager?

    Secondly – do you want to work for a successful, well-known, branding business?

    Well, if the answer is yes... then I have the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for operating the day-to-day print shop operations (working to a strict deadline), you will accountable for improving the quality and consistency of ALL print, you will ensure that you are consistently reviewing the performance of your staff and of course, you will be responsible for all print procedures that can be improved (which will then obviously lead to cost improvement).

    This is a business that really looks after their employees and trust me – they know when you’re doing well. A large percentage of their staff have grown internally and that’s how roles like this come about.

    So, what experience do you need for a role like this?

    Well. Print production experience (of course) is essential, any previous managerial / supervisory experience, strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellence communication skills, and the ability to easily develop and maintain relationships with your peers and colleagues across the whole business.

    So, if you are a self-motivated individual who has the ability to influence their fellow employees and work within a VERY fast=paced environment that works to tight deadlines (but you’d hold your own), then this is the job for you.
