In your current role, are you tasked with managing projects or customer enquiries from start to finish? Enjoy being held accountable for the process? This is what we would expect from you. If you already thrive in this type of environment, then you’ll love the day to day here.
The type of customers you will manage will span across many industries, different sizes, locations and requirements. Never one request is the same. Think juggling, spinning plates or herding cats; Again, if this is something you’re used to, this one will be for you.
So who are you working for?
The biggest in their industry. They are a division of a Global business. The culture doesn’t reflect this though. This business is very much ran as a smaller business. They have a £multi million turnover. They have been in operation in for over 40 years. They know what they are doing.
The exciting part is that the parent company (who acquired them almost a year ago) have allowed the business to be brave. Allowed them to build growth strategies which are already in place.
That’s all well and good, but what do they do?
They produce Visual Communications.
Think of walking down the high street and looking at the window displays and shop fronts. Think driving up the M6 and seeing the branding on the side of the Supermarket Lorry. Think about going to our national football Stadium and everything you see that is printed is done by this client. Imagine buying your next car, all the flags on the forecourt, the signage on the shop floor.

So what do you need to be considered?
They’d love it if you already came with some knowledge of the printing industry. Failing not having print knowledge, then we do need you to have the experience already to thrive in this position. You’ll also have experience of managing businesses, not consumers.
This business is going places. This role is for the ambitious. We want those to join with a view to doing this role but the ambition to grow with the business.
