    Do you have packaging sales experience with blue-chip, market leading FMCG companies? Do you have a successful track record of effectively developing new business? Do you have experience managing Client accounts within a target driven market?

    You will join this global business who specialise in developing brands across the world. They have the right balance between creation and production which enables them to attract some of the biggest international brands. As the European Business Development Director, you will report into the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Growth and you will be responsible for all aspects of sales – and I mean all aspects. You will establish and create new revenue pipelines, you will distinguish captivating proposals from beginning to end whilst also converting new client business.

    You will build important long-lasting relationships with Senior and Executive level Clients across the globe, collaborating with Regional Account Leaders, helping identify exciting new opportunities for your Company. A huge part of your role consists of you securing new customers, which won’t be hard when it comes to your business offering and its excellent reputation. But what you do need to establish is how you can expand your current strategic methods in doing so. What comes with securing new customers? The obvious... expanding revenue. By securing top level deals, you are enhancing your businesses value across the market – now that’s something to be proud of.

    It is important, that with such a huge role, you have the skills and professional background to match. You must have past internal and external relationships across multiple sectors and have what it takes to transfer your knowledge and skills into such an important role.

    You must have:

    • Experience in creative packaging and branding sales
    • Experience in successfully managing, growing client accounts
    • A proven track record in winning new business
