For over 20 years this business has gone from strength to strength, providing its customers with quality direct mail, transactional mail, polywrap, paperwrap and postage with fast turn around times.
Due to continued expansion and growth, it requires an experienced Client Services Manager to run and manage a team of eight Account Managers at various levels.
Reporting into the Client Services Director, you will not only run the team using your proven leadership skills, but you will also manage a few key clients yourself.
You will use your knowledge and understanding of Direct Mail and Postage on a daily basis, so it is imperative you have worked in this sector previously. You can be trained on the additional services the company offer such as transactional mail, fulfilment, design, returned management if needed.
To be considered for this role you MUST have:
- A background in Direct Mail with an understanding of Postage
- Prior experience in successfully managing a team of Account Managers
