Business Development Manager
Salary: - £30,000 - £40,000 (Depending on Experience) + car allowance and £60k OTE
Location: West Midlands or North UK – Remote
Our client are the largest UK-owned records management, digital mailroom and document processing company and they can store and manage all business-critical documents, back-up media and heritage items, and offer a range of online management and retrieval options.
Due to the team expanding our client are looking for a motivated self-starter looking to further their career as a Business Development Manager with a proven track record delivering new business in a B2B environment.
Identify new clients with whom you can promote and sell the company’s products and services, in your defined geographic territory. This role will be aligned to both personal and company targets. The role will require you to align growth efforts to our clients’ overall business plan whilst also increasing the range of services offered to both new and existing clients. You will also be required to fulfil Account Management duties in accordance with your allocated clients to ensure portfolio retention in line with personal and company retention targets.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in new business development
- Be based in the West Midlands or North of the UK
- Be confident in presenting to customers as well as your colleagues
