With over 30 years' experience in the direct marketing, CRM and transactional communication industries. Due to a new client win they are looking to add an Account Executive to support the client services team who has worked in either a print or mail environment previously.
Let’s have a look at the main responsibilities of the role.
• You will be responsible for the growth of sales and retaining business when it comes to the client accounts you will be managing
• You will ensure that you escalate any issues that may arise with internal stake holders
• You will manage all your client portfolios efficiently and effectively, making sure that everything is SLA compliant and that you are delivering measurable performance
• And of course, you will be responsible for all client transactional, direct mail and print related communications on an ad-hoc basis

Someone who is keen to learn is a great aspect alongside being a good listener. If you can be flexible and can cope well under pressure, this works well for the role. An individual who is an expert in Microsoft office suite is essential and the ability to generate innovative and effective solutions is desirable.
